In pursuit of our vision, the mission of the American River Democrats is to elect Democrats; support the Democratic agenda; educate our members; and energize/develop new active Democrats in our community.

We engage in many activities in support of local, state and national Democrats
Education on Important Issues
We strive to educate supporters on issues important to the local community
Initiative and Candidate Support
We support issues, initiatives and ballot measures that represent the principles, values and vision of our club and the Democratic Party.
We strive to identify prospective candidates who are in line with our vision and the Democratic Party agenda, and support their pursuit of elected office.

Our Club meetings and activities will always be conducted in the spirit of high ethical standards, open access, inclusive membership, and transparent operations
